to set up your laptop for Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

1. To be able to login be sure to be
connected to the internet, you can either use your ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
2. If you are using ethernet just
connect the cable and login. To connect using Wi-Fi follow the following steps.
3. On the bottom right conner, select
the globe icon.
4. Here you will select your Wi-Fi and
connect.
5. Once you see a Wi-Fi logo this will
confirm you are fully connected.

Once you are logged into your Evergreen device, there are
a few things you must do. To start, verify you have all your Office 365
applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, etc.). You can do this by simply searching
on the bottom left of the screen.

2. Once you verify that the applications
are installed on your device, you can choose to pin these applications. To do
this, simply search the application and right click on the application and
select “Pin to taskbar”

3. Now that you’ve pinned the
application to your taskbar, simply click on it and get logged in. You
should’ve received a separate form with the login instructions.

4. You will see this screen when you
have successfully added your account. Select “Done” and it will open
your Outlook email.

6. Outlook will need to be set to your
default email application. Simply follow the steps below. Search for “Default
Apps” and select it.

7. Select the Email [+] & choose
Outlook.

*Be sure to select the Outlook application that does NOT
have “PRE” on the icon
8. This should be the
final result.

1. Open the Teams application by either
using the icon or looking it up, simply use your Evergreen credentials and log
in.

2. Once you log in, the applications
will start loading. It may take a few minutes to load your profile before it
logs you in.

1. To set up OneDrive, simply search for
it on the bottom left side of your screen. Make sure you are opening the
OneDrive app and NOT OneDrive for Business:

2. Simply open the OneDrive application.
Using your Evergreen credentials to log in and follow the steps. Once you finish, you will see the “Open my
OneDrive folder” which will take you to the files that are currently backed
up to your OneDrive.


1. If your clock is wrong, you will need
to adjust the time zone of your device. To do this simply click the time at the
bottom right of the screen and select “Date and time settings”

2. Here you will get this screen which
will allow you to change the time zone of your device.
