This document will show you how to install the Kastle Presence Application for iOS and help setup the iOS application with the appropriate settings to work as intended.

1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
|
|
|
2. Search for ‘Kastle Presence’ in the App Store and Download the Kastle Presence App
|
|
|
3. Once the Kastle Presence Application has finished downloading, Open the Kastle Presence App
|
|
|
4. Once the Kastle Presence Application has opened, Click ‘Allow’ to allow the Kastle Presence Application to send notifications to your phone
|
|
|
5. Type your Company Email Address and Mobile Number, and Tap ‘Continue’
|
|
|
6. Refer to your company email address for a 6-digit temporary PIN from Kastle
|
|
|
7. In the Kastle Presence Application, Enter the Temporary PIN provided to your company email and Click ‘Continue’
|
|
|
8. When prompted to ‘Use this Device’ in the Kastle Presence App, Click ‘Yes’
|
|
|
9. When prompted to use Bluetooth, Click ‘Allow’
|
|
|
10. Create a New PIN for the Kastle Presence App, Confirm the New Pin, and Click ‘Continue’
|
|
|
11. On the Kastle Presence Welcome Screen, Click ‘Start’
|

Required iOS App Settings for the Kastle Presence App
|
1. On your iOS device, Open ‘Settings’
|
|
|
2. In the Search Field of the iOS Settings, Type ‘Kastle Presence’ and Tap the Kastle Presence App
|
|
|
3. Confirm that the Kastle Presence App has the following settings Applied
|
|
|
A. Location set to Always
|
|
|
B. Background App Refresh set to ON
|
|
|
C. Notifications set to ON
|
|
|
D. Bluetooth set to ON
|
|
